Bryan McKenzie
July 20, 1937 - August 7, 2009
Through faith, family, service, and an enduring love of Scotland, Bryan brought strength and devotion to the lives of those he loved.

Bryan McKenzie was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, man of faith, and proud Scotsman whose life was shaped by family, service, and community.
Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, Bryan spent his early years there before travelling extensively around the world. He later returned to Edinburgh, where his work with the Salvation Army led him to Agnes, the love of his life. Together, they shared 38 years of marriage and raised their children, Christina Elizabeth and Alan.
Bryan balanced a demanding schedule at the hospital with a deep commitment to his family and church. Faith remained central throughout his life, and he always made time for worship, service, and the values that guided him.
In later years, his grandchildren, James and Anthony, became a particular source of pride and happiness. He followed their lives and accomplishments with great interest and treasured the time he spent with them.
Bryan also maintained a strong connection to his Scottish heritage and is remembered as part of the Pavilion of Scotland volunteer family. His participation helped strengthen the fellowship and cultural pride at the heart of the Pavilion.
Bryan passed away in August 2009 at the age of 72.
