Edmund Leeder

February 25, 1915 - February 11, 2000

His greatest legacy is the strong and loving family he helped build, whose lives continue to reflect his values and devotion.

Edmund Alfred Leeder was a lifelong resident of Winnipeg, Manitoba, where he built a life rooted in family, devotion, and service to his community.

Born to Edwin and Beatrice Leeder, Edmund grew up in Winnipeg alongside his brothers, Bob and Bill. He later shared 59 loving years of marriage with his beloved wife, Bertha Emily Leeder.

Together, Edmund and Bertha raised five children: Beth, Edmund, John, Janice, and Cathy. Family was at the heart of Edmund’s life, and his legacy continues through his children, 18 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.

Edmund passed away peacefully at St. Boniface Hospital. He is remembered for his warmth, strength of character, and steadfast dedication to those he loved.
