Jim Heron

James “Jim” Heron was born in Scotland and later made Canada his home.

A valued member of the Pavilion of Scotland community, Jim shared in the friendship, service, and celebration of Scottish heritage that brought generations of volunteers together.

Jim passed away peacefully on June 5, 2009, comforted by the presence of his family.

His own simple wish offers the most fitting tribute:

“Remember me as in life.”

For those who knew and loved him, Jim remains forever near in memory—and nearer still in love.
